Job Description: Iowa State University Library seeks an energetic and enthusiastic individual, who will have responsibility for building ISU’s University Archives and who will articulate a vision for collecting opportunities within and beyond the official records of the institution to achieve a more complete record of Iowa State University and its activities. A vision that focuses on diverse voices and experiences. The archivist will understand the need for and lead the effort to fill gaps in the institutional record by seeking material documenting the university’s place and role in the larger social and cultural context within Iowa and the United States, and most critically, seek and collect evidence of individuals and groups who are underrepresented in the archive
