The University Records Manager serves as the university’s records officer and as an advisor to Libraries and university administration, departments, and offices in the development of K-State’s records and information management (RIM) program. Reporting to the University Archivist, the University Records Manager establishes RIM policies and procedures, including retention and disposition processes, communicates knowledge of RIM and archival theory and practice, and conveys complex records issues to diverse constituencies.
