Description of the skills/knowledge/expertise required :
Analyze information collected through application analysis and business process review to define the flow of data and records and translate into retention requirements
Document the results of all analysis, and transform this information into technology-consumable form using internal and external tools
Understanding the recordkeeping regulations of the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), Financial Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), Exchanges), National Futures Association (NFA) and other regulatory or governing bodies is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Organized, detailed and able to manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines
Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst (preferably in the financial services industry)
Services, Deliverables and Schedule:
Services to be provided and tasks to be completed:
Experienced Business Analyst to facilitate the completion of the Records and Information Management (RIM) application assessments for ingestion of records into a centrally managed repository
Specific Project deliverables and schedule, including interim due dates:
Analyze critical applications (including their upstream and downstream applications) to be assessed by Q4 2021
Assessments will continue to ensure ingestion of records is continuous throughout 2021
Specify final deliverable / end state condition, i.e. business analysis report, process documentation and implementation, software installation/go-live, etc.
